convenient location short walk friendly staff
The location was very good. it was a short walk to tokyo station and convenience stores were nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed my questions efficiently.

a cherished stay nearby tokyo station
train station sweet touch
the proximity to the train station was special. i found it easy to navigate around the area. the free drinks and ice cream provided a sweet touch, i savored every moment.

decent location, room for improvement
convenient location helpful staff dirty carpet small lobby
the location was indeed very convenient, close to the main station. it made moving around so much easier. the staff seemed very helpful too, they provided comfortable pjs. the shower was one of the best i have ever used though.
the lobby was dark, tight and full of suitcases, the worst thing! elevator carpet did not look clean. the breakfast area ran only for 2 hours. it felt cramped.

laundry unavailability moldy smell
the hotel held suitcases as long as i had reservations this helped a lot with traveling to other cities
i was disappointed laundry facilities were unavailable because of maintenance the hotel did not inform me about this at check-in i also had to ask for water bottles the hallways smelled moldy

the hotel provided connecting rooms which worked well for my family i also appreciated the vouchers for food and snacks at the jr station food hall it was a nice option after a long day of travel

unhelpful staff limited breakfast
I booked a room for three adults and five children, but there were only five single beds. the staff were unhelpful when i asked where the three children were supposed to sleep.. they suggested we book another room. my children had to squeeze into a few beds or sleep on the floor. breakfast had VERY limited options. They offered a five-dollar voucher for a supermarket instead.

convenient location, compact but clean
great position helpful staff
the hotel has a great position near the station. it was helpful with luggage since it's a couple minutes walk. the staff was helpful and allowed bag storage prior to check-in. they arranged shipping of a left item to australia.
The room felt small. I booked an economy room. it was the most expensive per night, but smallest on the trip. i also noticed there wasn't english breakfast tea.

the hotel is within walking distance to the main station and metro nihonbashi. proximity to the station facilitates travel to various city points and airport access, especially with luggage.

I had connecting rooms equipped with three beds in one room and two in the other. the rooms were tidy, and the shower had good pressure. Pyjamas were included in the room.

complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the reception lobby . it was a plus since i could grab refreshments anytime i needed them. i found the coffee lovely.
